Zotero Pro Tips Online
Presenter: Kris Joseph
Zotero is a free, open source tool to manage and track bibliographic citations. This series of live workshops are designed to take participants beyond the basics of using Zotero to having it serve as a fully-fledged research partner.
Some areas to be covered include:
- using Zotero’s “Library lookup” feature to locate material in the York University catalogue;
- using Zotero to track your own publications;
- importing existing citation lists into Zotero; and
- using Zotero to find "free" alternatives to subscription and paid content.
This is the last in a series of four Zotero workshops. The other workshops are:
- Introduction to Zotero (Oct 5, Nov 2)
- Reading and Annotating with Zotero (Oct 5)
- Organizing Your Zotero Collections (Oct 12)
- Zotero for Collaborative Research Projects (Oct 26)
