Create a data management plan (DMP) for your research project Online

Presenter: Stephanie Quail & Lily Ren

Join the Libraries and the Research Commons for a virtual workshop all about data management plans (DMPs) – what they are, how to create one, and how they can help you organize your research data. Funding agencies are increasingly requiring DMPs as part of their grant proposals, so this is a great time to learn best practices and tools for creating your own DMP. The workshop will include tips and tricks from an established York researcher and an interactive activity led by York librarians.

Speakers:
Randy Lewis, Professor, Department of Physics & Astronomy, Faculty of Science
Stephanie Quail, Acting Director, Open Scholarship Department, Libraries
